4-ാംതലമുറക്കാരൻ കുഞ്ഞവർക്കിയുടെ 3-ാമത്തെ സന്താനവും അഞ്ചാംതലമുറക്കാരനുമായ കുരുവിള 1849-ാമാണ്ടു് മകരം 27-ാം തീയതി പിറന്നു. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസാനന്തരം തക്ക പ്രായത്തിൽ ചമ്പക്കുളത്തു മാപ്പിളശേരിൽ ഉമ്മൻറെ പുത്രി ചാച്ചിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. കുഞ്ഞുവർക്കി, മറിയ, തൊമ്മി, മറിയ, എന്നിങ്ങനെ 4 സന്താനങ്ങൾ ഈ വിവാഹത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായി. 1879-ാം മാൻഡ് മകരം 17-ാം തീയതി പ്രസ്തുത ഭാര്യ മരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു. അനന്തരം 1881 മകരത്തിൽ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി കരിപ്പാപ്പറമ്പിൽ തൊമ്മൻ അവറുകളുടെ പുത്രി ചാച്ചിയെ കുരുവിള പുനർ വിവാഹം ചെയ്തു. ഈ വിവാഹത്തിലും മത്തായി, ദേവസ്യ, മത്തായി, തോമ്മാ, മറിയ (മാമ്മി), അക്കാമ്മ, ഔസേപ്പ്, ത്രേസ്യാ, മാത്തു, ഏലി, ചാക്കോ, ഇട്ടിയവിരാ, കുരുവിള ഇങ്ങനെ 13 സന്താനങ്ങൾ കൂടി ജനിച്ചു.

തൻറെ പിതാവിൻറെ ആജ്ഞാനുസരണം കുരുവിളയാണ് കുടുംബജോലികൾ നടത്തിയിരുന്നതു്. 1877-ാമാണ്ടു് മകരം 22-നു പിതാവു് മരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു. പിന്നീടു് തൻറെ ജ്യേഷ്ഠനായ മത്തായിയുമായി യോജിച്ചു് കുടുംബകാര്യങ്ങൾ നടത്തിവന്നിരുന്നു. 1829-ാമാണ്ടു് ആനത്താനത്തു പുരയിടത്തിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവു പണിയിച്ചിരുന്ന പീടികയുടെ സമീപത്തുകൂടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഗവ: പാലവും റോഡും മാററി ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ഇരുമ്പുപാലം തീർത്തതിനാൽ ആനത്താനത്തുകൂടിയുള്ള വഴിയിൽ ആൾസഞ്ചാരം നിന്നുപോയി. ആയതിനാൽ മണിമല റോഡു മുക്കിലുള്ള പുരയിടം വാങ്ങി അവിടേയ്ക്കു പീടിക പൊളിച്ചുവച്ചു കച്ചവടം ആരംഭിച്ചു. 1883-ാമാണ്ടു് കരിക്കാട്ടുറുമ്പിൽ പുരയിടത്തിൽ ദേഖണ്ഡമാരംഭിച്ചു. ആനത്താനത്തുകൂടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന റോഡു പോയതു നിമിത്തം ആനത്താനത്തു താഴത്തുമുറിയിൽ പാർത്തിരുന്ന മുഹമ്മദീയർ സ്ഥലം വിട്ടുപേക്ഷിച്ചുപോയി. അതിനാൽ ആ സ്ഥലങ്ങുളും മുൻനടപ്പനുസരിച്ച് ആനത്താനത്തോടു ചേർത്തു കൃഷി ആരംഭിച്ചു.

കുരുവിള തന്റെ ആദ്യപുത്രനായ കുഞ്ഞുവർക്കിയേക്കൊണ്ടു് 1884-ാമാണ്ടു മീനച്ചിൽ കിഴവറയാരുകരയിൽ തറപ്പേൽ കുടുംബത്തിൽ അവിരായുടെ പുത്രിയായ എലിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിപ്പിച്ചു. 1887-ാമാണ്ടു കുഞ്ഞുവർക്കിയുടെ ഭാര്യയായ ഏലി മരിച്ചുപോയതിനാൽ മീനച്ചിൽ ഇടമററത്തു പേരേക്കാട്ടു് കുരുവിള എന്നയാളിൻറെ പുത്രി മറിയയെ പുനർവിവാഹം ചെയ്തു. അക്കൊല്ലം തന്നെ ആനത്താനത്തു പുരയിടത്തിൽ പുരപണിയാരംഭിച്ചു. പണികൾ തീരാതെ 1890 മീനം 14-നു ജേഷ്ഠനായ മത്തായി മരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു. ജ്യേഷ്ഠപുത്രന്മാരുമായി യോജിച്ചാണ് കുരുവിള കുടുംബകാര്യങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയിരുന്നതു്. 1893-ാമാണ്ടു് മേടമാസത്തിൽ ജ്യഷ്ഠപുത്രന്മാരുമായി കുടുംബവസ്തുക്കൾക്കും മറ്റും ഭാഗയുടംബടി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു.

കുഞ്ഞുവർക്കി കുരുവിളയുടെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ മറിയ ബാലൃപ്രായത്തിൽ മരിച്ചുപോയി. മുന്നാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ തൊമ്മിയെക്കൊണ്ടു് കിഴവറയാററിൽ തറവട്ടത്തിൽ മത്തായിയുടെ മകളായ ഏലിയെ 1892 ചിങ്ങമാസം 2-ാം തീയതി വിവാഹംകഴിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇതിനുശേഷം 1895-ൽ മാളിയേക്കൽ പുരയിടം ദേഖണ്ഡമാരംഭിച്ചു. 1897-ൽ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി പള്ളിമുറി ലേലത്തിൽ പിടിച്ചും, പോരാതെവന്ന ഉരുപ്പടികൾ ശരിപ്പെടുത്തിയും മാളിയേക്കൽ പുരയിടത്തിൽ ഒരു മാളിക പണിതു്, മൂന്നാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ തൊമ്മിയെ അവിടെ പാർപ്പിച്ചു.

ഈ കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ നാലാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ മറിയ മൃതിയടഞ്ഞു. 1900-ാമാണ്ടു വിലങ്ങുപാറ പുരയിടത്തിൽ ദേഹണ്ഡം തുടങ്ങി. 1901-ാമാണ്ടു പേട്ടയിൽ ഉശാമിരാണ്ടനോട് കല്ലൂക്കുന്ന്, വേലിപാടനാനി, പാലമ്പ്ര, കുളപ്പുറം എന്നീ ചേരിക്കലുകൾ എഴുതിവാങ്ങുച്ചു. ആ ആണ്ടിൽ തന്നെ പൊരുന്നുകാട് മുതലായ ചേരിക്കലുകളും വാങ്ങിച്ചു. 1901-ൽ കരിക്കാട്ടുറുമ്പു പുരയിടത്തിൽ ഒരു അടുക്കളപ്പുര പണിയിച്ചു. 1902 തുലാ മാസം മുതൽ തൻറെ ആദ്യപുത്രനായ കഞ്ഞുവർക്കിയെ അവിടെ താമസിപ്പിച്ചു. അടുത്തുതന്നെ മകരത്തിൽ നടുവിലെ വല്യവീടായിരുന്നതും, കല്ലറയ്ക്കൽ എന്നു പിന്നീടു വിളിച്ചുവന്നതുമായ പുര പൊളിച്ചു്, കരിക്കാട്ടുറുംമ്പിൽ വച്ചിരുന്ന അടുക്കളപ്പുരയുമായി യോജിപ്പിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം പണിതീർത്തു കുഞ്ഞുവർക്കിക്ക് അവിടെ താമസക്കുന്നതിനു സൗകര്യപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു.

കുരുവിളയുടെ പുനർവിവാഹത്തിലെ ആദ്യസന്താനങ്ങളായ മത്തായിയും ദേവസ്യായും ശിശുപ്രായത്തിൽത്തന്നെ മരിച്ചുപോയി, തൻറെ ഏഴാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ മത്തായിയെക്കൊണ്ടു കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി പള്ളിവാതുക്കൽ (കരിമ്പനാൽ), ഇട്ടിയവിരായുടെ പുത്രിയായ ഏലി (മാമ്മി) യെ വിവാഹം കഴിപ്പിച്ചു. വിലങ്ങുപാറ കൂടുതൽ ദേഹണ്ഡങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയതും കുരുവിളയുടെ നേട്ടം തന്നെ. 1907-ൽ തൻറെ മക്കൾക്കായി ഒരു വില്പത്രമെഴുതി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു. അടുത്ത ആണ്ടിൽ വിലങ്ങുപാറ പുരയിടത്തിൽ ഒരു പുരപണിയിച്ച് മത്തായിയെ അവിടെ പാർപ്പിച്ചു.

തന്റെ എട്ടാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ തോമ്മാച്ചനെ B. A., B. E. വരെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം ഗവണ്മെൻറിൽ എൻജിനീയറായി ജോലി ചെയ്തു. ഈ തോമസ്സിനെക്കൊണ്ടു് ചേന്തങ്കരി കാഞ്ഞൂപ്പറമ്പു കുടുംബത്തിലെ ചാണ്ടിയുടെ പുത്രി കത്രീനായെ വിവാഹം കഴിപ്പിച്ചു.

ഒൻപതാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ മറിയ (മാമ്മി) യെ തമ്പലക്കാട്ടു കുന്നുംപുറത്തു തോമ്മാ എന്നയാളിനു് വിവാഹം ചെയ്തുകൊടുത്തു.

പത്താമത്തെ സന്താനമായ അക്കാമ്മയെ രാമപൂരത്തു പള്ളിവാതുക്കൽ ജോർജു തോമസിനെക്കൊണ്ട് വിവാഹം ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ചു. അക്കാമ്മക്കു് കോനാട്ടു പുരയിടവും നെടുങ്ങാടു ചേരിക്കലിൽ ഇരുപതേക്കറും, പിൽക്കാലം ആനത്താനം ചേരിക്കലിൽ ഇരുപതേക്കറും കൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.

1914 കർക്കടകമാസത്തിൽ തന്റെ ആദ്യ വിവാഹത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരായി ഒരു ഭാഗയുടമ്പടിപ്രകാരം ഏതാനും വസ്തുക്കൾ തിരിച്ചേല്പിക്കയും, അതുമുതൽ ഈ വസ്തുക്കൾ അവർ തിരിച്ചനുഭവിക്കയും ചെയ്തുവരുന്നു.

1915-ൽ തൻറെ പതിനൊന്നാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ ഔസേപ്പിനെകെണ്ടു് കാവാലത്ത് നിലവുന്തറ കുടുംബത്തിൻറ ഉപകടുംബമായ മൂലേച്ചേരിൽ ദേവസ്യയുടെ പുത്രിയായ മോനിയെ വിവാഹം ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ചു. തൻറെ പ്രായാധിക്യം കാരണം ഔസേപ്പിന്റെ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നിർത്തി കുടുംബജോലികൾക്കായി നിയോഗിച്ചു.

കുരുവിളയുടെ പന്ത്രണ്ടാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ ത്രേസിയാമ്മയെ ചേന്നങ്കരി കാഞ്ഞൂപ്പറമ്പിൽ കുഞ്ചെറിയായുടെ പുത്രനായ അന്തോനി വിവാഹം ചെയ്തു. ഒരാഴ്ചകഴിഞ്ഞു് പ്രസ്തുത അന്തോനി മരിച്ചു പോയതിനാൽ, 1926 മിഥുനത്തിൽ ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരി കാവാലം പുതുപ്പറമ്പിൽ ചാക്കോയുടെ മകൻ ഡോക്ടർ വർഗീസ് പുനർവിവാഹം ചെയ്തു. ത്രേസ്യയ്ക്കായി, പൊരുന്നുകാടു ചേരിക്കലിൽ 40 ഏക്കർ സ്ഥലവും ദേഹണ്ഡങ്ങളും കൂടി കൊടുത്തു.

തൻറെ പതിമൂന്നാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ മാത്തു B.A., B.L., പാസ്സായി. ഒരു അഡ്വക്കേററായി പ്രാക്ടീസ് ആരംഭിക്കുകയും, പിന്നീട് രണ്ടു കൊല്ലത്തിനുശേഷം ഈശോസഭയിൽ ചേർന്നു വൈദീകനായിത്തീരുകയും ചെയ്തു.

കുരുവിളയുടെ പതിന്നാലാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ ഏലിയെ, മാമ്പുഴക്കരിയിൽ കരിവേലിത്തറ കുടുംബത്തിലെ മാത്തൻ അവർകളുടെ പുത്രൻ ചാക്കോ വിവാഹം ചെയ്തു.

15-ാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ ചാക്കോ, കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി പുത്തൻപുരയിൽ കുടുംബത്തിൽപെട്ട ചാക്കോയുടെ പുത്രിയായ അന്നയെ വിവാഹം ചെയ്തു. ഔസേപ്പ് മരിച്ചുപോയതുകൊണ്ടു്, ചാക്കോയേയാണു കുടുംബജോലികൾക്കായി നിയോഗിച്ചത്.

പതിനാറാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ ഇട്ടിയവിരാ ബാല്യത്തിൽത്തന്നെ മരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു.

17-ാമത്തെ സന്താനമായ കുരുവിള (കുറുവച്ചൻ), ഇരിങ്ങാലക്കുട വെള്ളാനിക്കാരൻ C.D. ഔസേപ്പിൻ മകൾ ലൂസിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു് കുടുംബത്തിൽ താമസിക്കുന്നു.

കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി പളളിക്കായി മാധവച്ചേരി പൂരയിടവും, ഒരു വലിയ മണിയും, കുരുവിള സംഭാവന ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടു്.

ഇതിനു ശേഷം കുരുവിള തൻറെയും സന്താനങ്ങളുടെയും സൗകരൃത്തിനായി, മാളിയക്കൽ പുരയിടത്തിൻറെ വടക്കുവശത്തു് പബ്ളിക്കു് റോഡിലേക്കു കടന്ന സ്ഥാനത്തുള്ള ആററിൽ ഒരു നല്ല കോൺക്രീറ്റ് പാലം നിർമ്മിച്ചു. പ്രസ്തുത പാലം വഴിയായി മാളിയേക്കൽ, പുത്തൻപുരയ്ക്കൽ, ആനത്താനം മുതലായ വീടുകളുടെ സമീപത്തുകൂടി ഇരുമ്പുപാലത്തിൻറെ കിഴക്കുവശത്തു് പബ്ളി ക്കുറോഡിൽ എത്തക്കവിധം ഒരു റോഡും കുരുവിള ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ഈ പാലം പണിക്കായി ഇദ്ദേഹം 3000 രൂപായോളം ചെലവു ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടു്. ഇളയ സന്താനങ്ങ ളുടെ നടത്തിപ്പിനെ നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്ന വില്ല്പത്രം 1932-ൽ മാററിയെഴുതി. അതിൽ ഓരോ മക്കൾക്കും പാർക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള വീടുകളുടെ സ്ഥാനം നിശ്ചയിച്ചു് എല്ലാ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലേക്കും മേല്പറഞ്ഞ റോഡിൽനിന്നു ഓരോ ശാഖാ റോഡുകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം ഒരു പ്ലാനും തയ്യാറാക്കി വച്ചിരുന്നു.

1933-ാമാണ്ടു് ചിങ്ങം 10-ാം തീയതി വ്യാഴാഴ്ച, രാത്രി 11:15 മണിക്ക് കുഞ്ഞുവർക്കി കുരുവിള തൻറ 84-ാമത്തെ വയസ്സിൽ പുത്രപൗത്രാദികളുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആനത്താനത്തുവീട്ടിൽ വച്ചു മരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു. തന്റെ ജീവിതകാലത്തു കുരുവിള ആജ്ഞാപിച്ചിരുന്നതു കൂടാതെ എഴുതി ഏല്പിച്ചിരുന്ന ലിഖിതത്തിലെ താല്പരൃമനുസരിച്ച് വലിയപള്ളിയുടെ മുൻവശത്തു്, ജ്യേഷ്ഠപുത്രനായ മോൺ സിഞ്ഞോർ കല്ലറയ്ക്കൽ അവർകളുടെയും, പൗത്രനായ കുരുവിളയച്ചൻ അവർകളുടെയും മറ്റു പല വൈദികരുടെയും, ബന്ധുമിത്രാദികൾ, സ്വദേശികൾ, കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങൾ മുതലായവർ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു വൻപിച്ച ജനാവലിയുടെയും സഹകരണത്തിൽ തൽകാലം തയ്യാറാക്കപ്പെട്ട കല്ലറയിൽ സംസ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ഇതുകൂടാതെ പ്രസ്തുത ലിഖിതത്തിലെ താൽപ്പരൃമനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ദാനധർമ്മങ്ങളും, അടിയന്തിരങ്ങളും യഥാവിധി നടത്തപ്പെട്ടു.

Kuruvilla, the 3rd child of Kunjuvarkey and 5th generation Kallarakan, was born on 27th Makaram in 1849. After completing his education, he married Chachi, the daughter of Oomman of Mappilaseri in Champakkulam at an appropriate age. Kunjavarki, Maria, Thommi, and Maria were the four children born in this marriage. The said wife died on 17th Makaram in 1879. Later, in 1881, Kuruvila remarried Chachi, the daughter of Thomman of Karippaparambil in Kanjirappally. In this marriage, 13 more children were born: Mathai, Devasya, Mathai, Thomma, Maria (Mammi), Akkamma, Ousep, Thresya, Mathu, Eli, Chacko, Ittiyavira, and Kuruvila.

Kuruvila initially managed the family business under his father's direction until his father's death on Makaram 22, 1877. Following this, he collaborated with his elder brother, Mathai, to continue running the business. Kuruvila's retail store (Peedika), originally built by his father, was situated on the old road that ran through the Anathanam farmstead, a route established due to a government bridge that existed before 1829.However, the construction of the current iron bridge replaced the old bridge and road, rerouting traffic away from the Anathanam farmstead. This shift significantly hurt his retail sales. Consequently, Kuruvila purchased a farmstead at the corner of Manimala Road, rebuilt his store there, and resumed trading. In 1883, he expanded his ventures by starting a business in the Karikatturumbil farmstead. Furthermore, because the change in the road caused the Mohammedan residents in the lower part of Anathanam to leave, Kuruvila acquired these vacated lands. He then incorporated them into the Anathanam farm for cultivation, following the established practice.

Kuruvila arranged his eldest son, Kunjuvarkey, to marry Eli, the daughter of Avira from the Tharappel family in Meenachil, Kizhavarayarukarayil, in 1884. Tragedy struck in 1887 when Kunjuvarky's wife, Eli, died. He remarried that same year to Mariya, the daughter of Kuruvila from Idamattathu, Meenachil. Also in 1887, Kuruvilla began constructing a house on the Anathanam farm. However, before the house was completed, his third son (the eldest son from the second marriage) died on 14 Meenam 1890. Kuruvila, who generally managed family affairs in consultation with his elder brother's sons, formally registered a share in the family property and other assets with them in the month of Medam in 1893.

Maria, the second child of Kunjuvarki Kuruvila, sadly died in infancy. His third child, Thommi, was married to Eli, the daughter of Mathai of Kizhavarayar, on the 2nd day of the month of Chingam in 1892. Following the marriage, the Maliyekkal farmstead began to be dismantled in 1895. Two years later, in 1897, a new mansion was constructed on the Maliyekkal farmstead using refurbished wood acquired after buying the Kanjirapally church building at auction. Thommi and his family were subsequently settled in this new residence.

During this period, the family faced the loss of their fourth child, Maria. In 1900, development began on a farmstead at Vilangupara. The following year, in 1901, several farms were purchased from Usamirandan in Petta, specifically Kallookunnu, Velipadanani, Palambra, and Kulappuram. He also acquired the Porunnukadu farm and others that same year. Also in 1901, a kitchen shed was constructed at the Karikatturumbu farm. In the month of Tulam (October/November) 1902, the first son, Kanjuvarkey, was moved to live there. Soon after, in the month of Makaram (January/February), the central section of the family's main residence, known as Valiyavedu (the large house) and later called Kallarakkal, was dismantled. This structure was moved and reassembled to join the shed at Karikatturumbu, making the space suitable for Kanjuvarkey's residence.

Kuruvila's first children from his remarriage, Mathai and Devasya, died in infancy, and he arranged the marriage of his seventh child, Mathai, to Eli (Mammi), daughter of Ittiyavira, a resident of Kanjirappally Pallivatukkal (Karimbanal). It was Kuruvilla's achievement that he made more sacrifices for his children. In 1907, he wrote and registered a will for his children. The following year, he built a house in the Vilangupara farm and settled Mathai there.

His eighth child, Thommachan, received an education up to B.A. and B.E. He subsequently worked as a government engineer. This Thomas was married to Katrina, the daughter of Chandy of the Chenthankari Kanjuparambu family.

He arranged the marriage of his ninth child, Mary (Mammy), to Thoma from Kunnumpurathu, Thambalackattu.

He arranged the marriage of his tenth child, Akkamma, to George Thomas of Pallivathukal, Ramapuram. Akkamma was given the Konattu house and surrounding properties,twenty acres in Nedungadu Cherikal, and later twenty acres in Anathanam Cherikal.

In the month of Karkadakam 1914, he returned some of his belongings to his sons from his first marriage as part of a share agreement, and since then, they have been enjoying these belongings.

In 1915, he arranged the marriage of his eleventh child, Ousep, to Moni, the daughter of Devasya, a sub-family of the Nilavunthara family in Kavalam. Given Kuruvilla's advanced age, Ousep's English education was discontinued, and he was instead tasked with managing family chores.

Kuruvila's twelfth child, Thresia, was married to Anthony, son of Kuncheriya, Kanjuparambil, Chennankary. Since Anthony died a week later, she was remarried to Dr. Varghese, son of Chacko, Kavalam, Puthuparambil, Changanassery, in the month of Mithunam in 1926. For Thresia, 40 acres of land and other possessions were given to her.

His thirteenth child, Mathu, passed B.A., B.L., and began practicing as an advocate, and two years later joined the Society of Jesus and became a priest.

Kuruvila's fourteenth child, Eli, was married to Chacko, the son of Mathan Karivelithara in Mampuzhakari.

The 15th child, Chacko, married Anna, the daughter of Chacko, a member of Puthanpura family in Kanjirappally. Since Ousep had died, Chacko was assigned to take care of the family chores.

Ittiyavira, the sixteenth child, died in childhood.

The 17th child, Kuruvila (Kuruvachan), married Lucy, daughter of C.D. Ousep, of Irinjalakuda, and lives with the family.

Kuruvila had donated the Madhavacheri property and a large bell to the Kanjirapally church.

Kuruvilla constructed a substantial concrete bridge over the river where the public road intersected the northern part of the Maliyakkal farm, primarily for the benefit of himself and his children. He also built a connecting road from this bridge to the public road on the eastern side of Irumpupalam, which passed by the residences of Maliyakkal, Puthanpurakkal, and Anathanam, among others. The cost of constructing this bridge was approximately Rs. 3000. In 1932, a will was drafted to manage the affairs of his younger children. This document specified the intended location of houses for each child and included a plan to create branch roads connecting the newly built road to all these designated house sites.

On Thursday, the 10th of Chingam, 1933, Kunjuvarki Kuruvilla passed away at his Ananthaanath house at 11:15 pm, at the age of 84. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. Following his specific decree to his children during his lifetime and a written directive, he was interred in the tomb prepared for the occasion in front of the Valiyapalli (Big Church). The burial ceremony was conducted by his elder brother's son, Monsignor Kallarackal, with the assistance of his grandson, Father Kuruvilla. A large gathering was present for the burial, including many other priests, relatives, friends, community members, and family. In accordance with the said directive, charitable contributions and associated rituals/ceremonies were also duly carried out.
